Mistakes & Re-printing
If we have made a mistake, we'll reorder any necessary items, reprint the order and ship it back to you at no charge, as quickly as possible.
If your package is damaged during shipping, we may ask to see a photo of your order so we can see what happened and the next steps will be determined on a case by case basis.
If you have ANY questions, please contact us PRIOR to making the purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our products are curated from around the world and there are limited supplies are each item. There will be no refunds on custom/ personalized items. This invoice serves as the final scope of work. Payment of this invoice is proof of approval of any mock-ups and scope of work discussed. Any changes discussed (including, but not limited to email, Facebook, text message, over the phone etc) or errors found, must be addressed prior to payment of this invoice. If you are not satisfied with your order you must contact us within 2 days of confirmed delivery (as noted by the shipment date on tracking) or pick up of your order. We will not consider resolutions on any order outside of this window.
For buyer protection, please ensure that your address is accurate in PayPal and in Shopify, as this is the address we use for mailing. We are not responsible for orders that the post office delays, delivers late, nor mishandles as we have no control over the mailing system.
